but philbin got to see it in practice every day. If he stayed positive abd had a good work ethic and showed he could be a leader in the huddle....hes already got tge advantage over moore who philbin has no idea about except that he lost a bunch of games.[color=#006400 said:Mitch[/color]]

I still don't see it. He had one game and it was against a D that fell apart. And I don't believe coaches see it either. Just one in many piles of mediocrecy.
