Michigan 58 Northwestern 48 Final Girls

27-15 michigan halftime..

Both teams are building a brick house shot by shot.. Michigan has only two 2pt buckets and is 6/17 from three point range.. With 9:25 in the half Michigan was losing 9 to 8.. But they forced 17 Northwestern turnovers and went on a 13-0 run for the lead. held the wildcats to 2 points the last eight minutes of the half. The lead should be 2o points but again we are not shooting good at all either... Jenny ryan has 5 steals already.. Hope we hold on .. go blue!!!!

Northwestern got it down to one in the second with 4 three pointers in a row but then Michigan pulled away again..
The girls improve to 4-2 in conference and 15-4 overall.

Carmen Reynolds has 2 three pointer's right now giving here 181 for her career. She is one behind the all-time lead overall..

Lead is down to 1 as the wildcats have hit 4 threes in a row and are on a 12-2 run... Michigan just can't hit any shots with much consistence.. This should be a Michigan blow out but they probably have to struggle to hold on..
