dubbs is a Michigan ?fan? (he went to CMU) who openly rooted against Michigan near the end of the Lloyd Carr era and was a huge fan of the DickWad hire.

He must still not be over that deal going south.

After the second of many disappointing losses under the guy, ND 2008, I was griping about the Dick and the loss on the board and dubbs called me a ?disgruntled Michigan fan.?

How ironical, huh?

Hard to pin the loss on any one area, but if I was forced to, i would point to the dropped passes. The receivers dropped about 5 passes. The game could have been completely different if they catch those.

My wife, a Penn State fan, said the refs were horrible.

Wow! I must've completely forgotten about that.

I had my own moments doubting Coach Carr down the stretch, but overall, I'll always be a fan of his. I was even excited about the RichRod hire. Obviously, that didn't go well. Then, I was excited by the hiring of Hoke, even though, I had some unspoken worries at the time about his qualifications. That didn't go too well either. Rich Rod and Hoke were hard lessons.
