If what MD has built is as solid as people think, then it will withstand losing one guy and the guys they promoted from within will step up and keep things going.

If not, then MD becomes the next Kirk Frerentz.

Wasn't one of them fired or forced out?
Roushar wasn't fired, I don't know if going to be a NFL RB coach is being forced out but regardless we've changed OC twice with Treadwell being a head coach. I don't think Roushar was a bad coach, Maxwell just wasn't that good.

Just making the point that everyone expected us to be better w/ Roushar's departure. It's a whole different ball game from replacing a guy that's been a major contributor to the team's success.
