I like a coach that uniquely game plans from week to week. Belichick takes it to extremes and can completely reinvent the team on both sides of the ball week in and week out.

I know a lot of people hate Belichick but I think he is so far beyond every other head coach in football. He is a premium motivator and incredible football mind. Wish we had picked him up when he left the browns. Hindsight is always 20-20.

I also love how he handles the media. Sounds like he's taken 20 Xanax, he's about to fall asleep and he couldn't possibly be more bored with football.

How this guy motivates people is kind of amazing? The personality he displays to the public is non-existent.
