OFFICIAL Week 1 2019

BYU finally does something 30-12, now 9:19 left in the game and heavy rains starting

BYU fucking blows. Cannot hang onto the ball and now its 23-6 Utah

On a side note, Minnesota eeked out their game against South Dakota State 28-21

friend of mine who keeps talking about what a great hire PJ Fleck was for Minnesota is now talking up SDSU.

Maybe they are a decent team, but a Big Ten school shouldn't need a late 4th Q TD to win it... at HOME. They were down 21-20 with 9:00 left in the game.

I've seen Minnesota mentioned as a "dark horse" to win the Big Ten West in some espn previews.

I'm still not sold on the hype... Minnesota has gone from 5-7 to 7-6 under him in his first two seasons. They were 9-4 the year before he got there.

Yeah, NOT the same as a NORTH Dakota State coming in and fucking your shit up. Who knows, though. A lot of these early games were marred by bad play and really undisciplined football.

I think that dark horse pick says more about the BTW than it does Minnesota.

Its just a weird division. Wisconsin can blow a game to a shitty BYU squad and then turn around and beat anyone. Same with Iowa, Northwestern, Purdue(obviously). If Martinez stays healthy, I really do think Nebraska makes noise, but only if their defense plays middle of the road or better.

Tonight we got #19 Wisconsin-South Florida and #18 Michigan State-Tulsa as the only ranked teams playing tonight. Also games of note CSU-Colorado, Purdue-Nevada, and Army-Rice for those that want to get a look at this years Army team before they come to Ann Arbor. It's on CBS Sports channel.

I like Nebraska or Wisky but either way, each with a few losses in winning the west

Rocky Mountain Showdown ...10pm EST!! lol

I've gone the past couple years but not this time. Game is a poor man's version of UM v MSU from a 'rivalry standpoint' and Mile Hi Stadium will only be 2/3 full. CSU fans/students are vulgar as hell.

Go Buffs!!

I can't think of a favorite, so i can't think of who might be a dark-horse

I used to enjoy Colorado vs Colorado St about 15 years ago. It just doesn't seem to have the same flavor anymore.

When Sonny Lubick had his teams, CSU was usually Top 15-20, along with Utah (with Urban). CU in the Pac-12 makes all the sense in the world, but they're likely 4th in the P12-South behind ..USC, UCLA, Utah, .....

Wisconsin starting to assert some muscle, up 14-0. South Florida has dropped some huge throws. Should be a closer game but they keep shitting the bed.

Tulsa getting clobbered by State(to be expected). 25-7 at half

Another SF turnover, yikes!!! Wisky about to blow this game wide with lots O time left in the 1st half
