You must really hate Spievey, because it says nothing about him being physical. The woman pushed and hit him, so he pushed back. What would u do if your ex is doing that while you are holding your kid? It's not like he was agressive. He was protecting his kid. Not saying he was smart about it, but he's not a woman/kid beater.

mlive doesn't know details either....but they print stories about it. All I said is the guy is an idiot for getting physical with his whatever she is while his kid is there.

I agree though....if anyone.....man, woman, kid was throwing punches at me WHILE i was holding one of my kids...they DESERVE to get beaten.

And it shows by the cops actions too....in this day and age a guy gets sent to jail for anything more than touching a woman....the fact they took her to jail too says a LOT about the facts of this case.
