Forte just went down with a right knee injury. Doesn't look good. Helps Detroit's playoff chances though.

How doubly un"forte"nate for the Bears, losing their starting QB for the regular season, and now perhaps their star RB as well, in consecutive games.
Lions obviously won't play the Bears again unless it happens in the playoffs, and they may still need to win at least two of their remaining five games to make the playoffs. Tonight's game vs @ Saints sure ain't very likely gonna be one of those two victories, so they could very well need to go 2-2 or better forward. 3-1 seems very nearly undoable, IMO.
