Pistons Summer league Roster

It's pretty cool that Cade and Saddiq will be practicing with the team, though it also makes a lot of sense that they don't play in the games. Hayes will be there to make sure the ball moves and shine actual plays are run. It ensures someone like Duren will actually get the ball when open under the basket.

I'm pretty surprised Stewart is playing. His game doesn't really translate to a summer league (no defense, full chaos) style, and it's not like he's still trying to prove himself in the NBA. And the team isn't really hurting for bigs.

Also, I know we shouldn't expect much, and these games don't tell us a whole lot. But, Ivey could really thrive here. I'd love to see him develop a little 2-man game with Duren and runaway with MVP.

Why ?

They say this teams needs shooters so maybe he could help earlier then 2 years.

Just what I heard. But I do know he will play overseas all next year. Draft night said 2 but we'll see.

Garza is signed with Portland. Team we play in the first game in Summer league.
