Mr clean, I wish I could fix it so that whenever you tried to click "new thread" it would sign you out instead.
Who plays 3B? Who plays LF? Either Miggy or Headley are playing a "new" position. Granted, I like Headley as a player. But I like him best as a 3B.
Gregerson is what? And don't say closer. A San Diego pitcher, pitching in the best pitcher's park in MLB. That would be falling for a Coors hitter of old.
My bad, I didnt mean to interrupt the riveting 5 post a day convos on this forum with an out of the box idea. Please continue with the normal canned posting.
Headley plays lf, he has before (so has miggy, and I dont see why they dont try him there, he couldnt be much worse than manny ramirez)
Porcello for Buster Posey and John Jaso. Let the Giants and the A's figure out how to share him. Then we trade Avila for Jarrod Parker and Matt Cain. We fooled 'em once already. Then we trade back for Porcello and give up Brennan Boesch. *inhales crack pipe*

Tigers offered Rick Porcello to Padres for Huston Street, then Luke Gregerson.

Offered for the oft injured huston street, who Magglio took deep in 2006 or gregerson. To me this doesn't make sense trading a possible 200 innings for a reliever of this ilk.
