Or do I get to choose to battle an Ebola infection, or battle ISIL who are trying to cut my head off in the streets of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles while the event is being videographed?

If the terrorists cut your head off in this situation, they would probably get the Ebola from contact with all of your bodily fluids.

So the burn would really be on them.

If the media has convinced me of anything, it's that these terrorists are Super Men, who can strike any where at any time, so it's necessary we suspend the Bill of Rights, and sign over 99% of the federal budget to the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security to fight the terrorists. Nothing else, not education, transportation, health, or etc. matters.

So you can bet the terrorists would be wearing hazmat suits when they killed my ebola-suffering self in this hypothetical.

No, but you can maybe slow down the spread by blasting anyone who looks like they might have the virus before anybody else gets infected trying to treat them.
