I don't understand why someone would want that unless maybe your great grandfather was a player and listed on the program. It makes no sense to me.

I think it's kinda cool. Some sports memorabilia is interesting; I can appreciate the historic value of something like this. It would look classy, framed on the wall. or be a conversation starter.

Sometimes it looks a little ridiculous though. I have a UM coffee mug at work, and my diploma on the wall. but I wouldn't decorate with a bunch of sports memorabilia.

If you actually played the sport it's a little less ridiculous... but still.

I have a client who became a collector of very old Dartmouth (of all schools) memorabilia and has old, "winged" leather helmets and framed pics from games played over 100yrs ago including one game (Rutgers, I think) where a writer described the boxy striping of the field as a "gridiron."

I like memorabilia as well and have a couple gems but nothing like old.

Until 1898, Field Goals counted for more points than a Touchdown!
 
I thought it was gonna be ticket stubs from the 2000 edition of The Game.
