It will really puzzle me more if they bench Andersson and start Smith and Marzek when Smith probably should have been in the lineup from the get go. I just don't see Andersson vaule I guess from the get go.

No we split in tampa, then split in detroit. We went up 3-2 in the series with a 4-0 shutout in game 5 but they beat us two straight after that

Hopefully they play a bit better, it was hard to watch them in game two.

That said I have increasingly less faith in the talent that they have on this team. I guess I havn't really watched them closely recently and I was pretty appalled by how bad some of the guys have looked in this series.

Nick Kronwall. My god. When did he get this bad? Has he been this bad the entire season? If so I hope he does this team a favor and retires because he was ghastly in the first two games. Kyle Quincey might actually be the best dman that they are putting out there aside from Dekeyser which is a really really negative statement with regard to the level of play of the defenseman in general.

eh last year we had a chance too - the way Mrazek was playing. But they blew game 6 at home to wrap it up against the Bolts.

That Chicago series hurts tho...not only because we blew it, but also because they went on to win another cup...
