Remember Dale Alexander?

I have read a couple of things on the guy. Some say he had an injury and some said he sucked in the field, so he was out of baseball. I guess they are not mutually exclusive.

We are old and read a lot about Tiger history.. I was dead yesterday after my back injections... A tad better today...
 
For some reason I read that as "Doyle" Alexander.

it shouldn't hurt that bad...he really was the key in '87

Well yes we know that and it was a great end of season run.. But then Smoltz had 21 season run of 213-155 and another 154 saves.... damn it... Then the Twins snatched our title away.....LOL
