1 TD and 1 INT. He has had several games that were better.

the last tampa NO game brees missed a wide open receiver with a defender nowhere within ten yards

This game proved that his hand and those fucking gloves played a huge part in the 9 ints over 3 games. The final 4 games look alot more winable with Stafford throwing the ball alot better now. I honestly just thought he was in a slump, but the gloves came off, and he proved me wrong. Whether some of you believe in him or not, IMHO I think the Lions have themselves a 23 year old QB, who is already on the edge of elite status. Hope he stays here a long, long, time.

He is not on the edge of elite status. There are only 3 elite QBs...Rodgers, Brady and Brees. There is a BIG dropoff after those three with Eli, Ben, Romo and Stafford (I have Stafford the worst of the 4). Stafford is definitely playing like a top 10 QB right now but I wouldn't call him elite. He is a good QB.

I'll take good over what's been back there in the past 20 years,
Stafford will make another huge jump next year...the kids going to be elite.

Trent dilfer is elite too I guess

I think you are short changing him a bit Tom.
