Sadly? I don't think anyone saw them as a WC. But still an improvement and 3 good rookies. Vrana might be back next month, fun team to watch. I'll be interested on who they might trade coming up..

I just want the playoffs back for some Detroit team and I had hopes when we were hanging around that spot earlier this season. Maybe next year !

How about this for an omen. Tied at 2 in OT Detroit controls puck in SJ zone and someone throws an octopi. It distracts our team they SJ score quickly we lose.
