you'd think it would be a good strategy, knowing the political base he's pandering to, but in trying to out-Trump Donald Trump, he just comes off looking dumb.

4) Government regulation - granted, border security isn't your preferred form of regulation but with the EPA and FDA poisoning the population, increasing budgets might not be a good election year move.

What I'm thinking is, as the circus was on its way to town, the so-called talking heads, or a number of them anyway, we'
ewere talking as if Scott Walker was the presumptive front runner; actually before trump gotten to the race I think he was, at least in the poles that were being conducted at that time.

Not so much anymore, so I'm thinking this is a ploy on Walker's part to make some headlines for himself.
