Spurs.97 Pistons 81 Final

Hanging with them, 52-51 Spurs at the half. Early foul trouble from Drummond, played 9 minutes only.

79-65 after 3 quarters. I'm not expecting a win but I hope they finish closer than 14. Towards the end of the 3rd quarter they just seemed to give up a little on defense because nothing was going their way on offense.

Spurs are real good but the Warriors will still flatten them in a seven game series .

Disagree. Spurs are the only team in the NBA that can beat them.

I stand by my original statement here. San Antonio is an incredible team and trying to play them in San Antonio is one of the tallest tasks possible. Staying close for the first half was pretty positive, even if it was unsustainable. Eventually the bench and talent differential was going to wear us down.

I think the NBA championship has already been narrowed down to 2 teams. Either GS carves up the San Antonio D, or San Antonio turns up their historically great defense to shut down the Warriors. Outside of either team getting struck by serious injuries, there are no other teams that could realistically beat them.
