I count 227 charges involving 3 businesses and 32 individuals. Charges are mostly (76%) outside US jurisdiction. It terms of entities (rather than charges), it's 80% outside US jurisdiction.

6 charges yielded guilty pleas, 31 have yielded not guilty pleas, 18 were dismissed without prejudice in Rick Gates's deal that included pleading guilty to 2 charges.

Of the 7 entities under US jurisdiction, 5 individuals have pleaded guilty. The not guilty pleas are Manafort and Concord Management and Consulting.

Obviously none of the dozen indicted are going to set foot in the US or any nation which has an extradiction treaty, so the indictments are just largely symbolic. But a half-million US citizens' personal data stolen could be significant, IF they were targeted b/c of their highly active online presence, influence, followers, party affiliation, and offline profession.
