I honestly don't know if I should take this as a good sign for Swanson or a bad sign for the Center position. I'll hold out hope for the former.

I'm hoping we find an elite LT in the next draft and can slide Reiff over to RT. I'm expecting good things from Tomlinson, which when paired with Warford on the other side, should help Swanson out a lot. If that can happen, we've got the makings of a very good OL for years to come now.

Elite LT probably means we aren't good in 2015.

.500 probably puts us out of range for an "elite" LT.

Hell, in 2013, the top three LTs went in the top four picks, and none of those guys have been "elite" yet.

It's going to be tough to get a better LT than Reiff without this team going completely into the toilet with a 2-14 record or something.

As for Swanson, he was drafted to replace Riola, and he's facing some competition from ManRam. Good on him for stepping up to it and winning the battle thus far.

There's nothing bad in Swanson outplaying Ramirez. Ramirez was brought here to push some of the guys and become quality depth. Isn't this what everybody wanted? Ramirez as a backup? Because if he starts, he's more against the cap. I swear to God that this organization can do nothing right with some of you guys. You cry because Swanson might possibly start and you moan because Ramirez might win the job. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Lol.
