see...there is a catch 22 with getting rid of Josh Smith. If they get rid of him they might actually get better and decrease their chances of a top 3 pick. Their best bet is to trade Monroe for a 1st rounder and let Smith shoot as many 3's as he wants! That's the recipe for success! (well failure, but success in getting a top 3 pick)
