The D-Line?

The defense as a whole gave up 10 legitimate points. How can anyone complain. This is such a waste of time.

The defense didn't give up one point until they went prevent. Tampa scored on 2 minute drills ending the 2nd & 4th qtrs

Yeah, 3 pts were off a kickoff return. Then they had the pick 6. And like Tsmith just said the prevent defense gave them that other TD. So really our actual Defense gave up 3pts.

I hate the prevent. It seriously made that game way to close and they went to it really early. I agree though our normal D only gave up 3 and something like 200 total yards which is amazing for a team that in the near past gave up that in either half to bad teams.

I thought the D stand after the kickoff was huge, 3 and out with just a FG. That many 3 and outs and the 4th down stand, on the road, was stellar, that didnt happen in the past

I don't know about anyone else but when we were down 10-6 I felt at ease knowing that the lions pretty much dominated at the point. Just a bit unfortunate.

I kept looking at the scoreboard when it was 10 to 6 and I was like how the hell. They couldnt do anything against us and I just kept saying we should be up 21 nothing right now.

Yeah the prevent helped TB move downfield, but how many passes did they actually get to the sidelines? 2, both on the final drive

On the 2nd to last drive for TB, all the receptions kept the clock running and they ended up burning almost 4 minutes off the clock.

With that you can either credit the Lions D plan or TB's coaching idiocy, both are probably valid.

Even when Detroit went 3 and out after the two minute warning I felt pretty good, well until the penalty stopped the clock. I wonder if he's still running sprints.
