I know playing the Nets is no big deal but they smoked them without Green and Curry . This Quinn Cook is a real nice player as a fill in and I wonder what Durant will do in the off season. Thompson is going to get a real big deal to soon. Next summer it will be interesting to see how the Warriors end up. Iguodala is such a great bench piece.

Box score.

NBA as a whole are a dynasty. Every year there's legitimately only 2-3 teams that have a shot to win. At least there won't be another Warrior - Cavs final.

Yeah that is true.. To bad the Pistons didn't win three in a row like that should have with thomas and the gang.. also again the pistons of the mid 2000 should have had more than 1 title sadly.

well, it's still going to be the Warriors vs a different sacrificial lamb.

If you remember the year before on the Bird to DJ bucket could have been 4. But some teams don't win at all so seeing them win 3 is perfectly fine.

I like the Warriors. I know they fought last night but they drafted Curry in 2009.
They drafted Thompson in 2011. They drafted Green in 2012. They built this team from the ground up and then KD decided to sign with them. They never would have lost to the Cavs Green wasn’t suspended for game five of the 2016 finals. The Warriors share the ball better then any team in basketball. I wish the Pistons were this good.

Trouble in paridise . After losing the Clippers game in which Green and Durant had words leading to Green’s one game suspension they were blown out in Houston 107-86. I wonder if the warriors will trade Green?

Pistons trade Griffin and Jackson to Golden st for Green, Livingston, and Thompson.
Heck nba trade machine said this would be 3+ wins in favor of GS lol.. I would love
Green in Detroit.

Draymond Green is an overrated piece of shit.

So obviously no good team is trading for Blake's contract, but it's also not terribly surprising that GS players are getting more testy with one another. The amount of money it's going to cost next year for their big 4 is astronomical. One of them is almost certainly on the way out. Durant is probably the best all-around player of the non-Curry stars, but I also think he might be the most superfluous. Green is the anchor of that defense and Thompson is the most likely to accept less than a full max contract (Thompson benefits from GS more than the others and wouldn't be a great 1st option elsewhere).

Not sure why anyone would think Green is overrated, but whatevs. He's a defensive superstar who can do most things well on offense. He can't carry a team like an offensive superstar, though, which is why he probably wouldn't fit in Detroit.

Green is a good defensive player, but offensively he isn't good. He's a PF who only averages 7 rebounds a game. He shoots less than 44% from the field which is terrible since defenses pay no attention to him. He is a good passer for a big man averaging 7 assists a game over the past 4 years.

As far as Thompson accepting a less than max offer...I don't know why he would. He is a top 5 shooting guard in the NBA. I don't know if he can carry a team offensively, but there aren't a lot of players that can do that by themselves.
