VSmith needs to catch that, but why the hell on third and short like that from midfield with 4.28 speed isn't running for the 1st down a little higher on the progression read?! He had that first down and much much more.

Smith is usually the best pass catching option, and might be the best at picking up the blitz. He just whiffed on that one.
