Nice win for Michigan! 411 total offense to 201 for Purdue. O looked a lot better, but still needs work. Have to get past the stalling in the redzone. D looked good, continuing momentum started against ND. Purdue 201 passing, 44 rushing (very nice!). 307 rushing 104 passing for Michigan.

You're right ML, one of the backs has got to step up. I was hoping Fitz would get going this game. DXR can beat teams like Purdue, Illinois, and maybe Minnie, by himself, but it is going to take one of the backs to step up to beat sparty, and ohio*. And I want to beat sparty bad this year!

Shoot they miss the chop block on Purdue, but call it on us.

That was a terrible call. The guard didn't lay a hand on the defender. He was headed elsewhere and the d-lineman reached out and grabbed him, then Schofield dives at his feet. Stupid call.

More than likely his numbers are misleading bc of garbage time. Fitz is struggling bc of a sub par ol. A power back with a weak lg and center result in a back trying to bounce it out every play. Not sure rawls would do much better.
