And from what I've seen on multiple campuses, these delicate flowers aren't the norm. Most people think they're ridiculous.

I think it's a good idea - just think how many fewer incidents of vandalism and violence such as fights and rapes there would be at Iowa if Herky had a smiley face instead that nasty scowl that incites people to do bad things.

Well it's goofy enough to be a spoof.

It's the opinion of one elderly female pediatrician - she looks like she might be a lesbian.

Maybe she thinks Herky might be scary to little kids, I don't know.

I don't think we're going to see any changes to Herky anytime soon.
