I'd have no problem with 2yrs & $16mil. He's an inning eating lefty that can be our #5 and give Turner more time to develop this season and give us more depth next year. Not interested in giving him 3yrs unless that means we're swinging a trade involving Turner or a current starter for a 2B/3B.

No kidding. I've already told my wife when we have kids I'm gonna start them young as lefty pitchers and/or left tackles. LOL!

I would teach mine to kick field goals and long snap. I tried teaching both my boys when they were young, one was uncoordinated (he is a CNC programer and wears a pocket protector), and the other just wanted to fight and he is a career Marine. Go figure...
