I chose #4. During the games, unless we are up 10 runs, I am physically sick. The Tigers in the playoffs is probably taking years off of my life as we speak.

I was beyond nervous the last two innings of Thursday nights game and before that I was slightly nervous but also happy. Nothing like a quick 2-0 lead :) .

What gets me 'sick' or gives me the 'anxiety' that would lead to physically sick with high blood pressure, sick to the pit of my stomach, etc. is when during one of these playoff games I am watching and 'listening' to the bias announcers when the opposing teams are up, so I mute the sound.
When the Tigers are up I put the sound back on.
It works for me.
