I wonder if anyone has ever struck out from every spot in the lineup over a season? Upton has now added a K from the #7 spot in his first attempt.

The bottom of this order is so weak so weak. And K ton makes so many out with the strikeout. On track to K 220 times now! Just how many RBI's will the Tigers mess out on ? Man they got to try to move him!

2 out walk by Maybin leads to the tying run when Miggy doubles him in. 1-1

2 great defensive plays by Iggy and McCann strand the runner at 3rd for the Sux.

Man, that Quintana should win 20 someday.

I hope the Tigers draft a good hitting catcher

Wow Miggy...you chased that 0-2 pitch? Even Inge probably would have only committed to a partial check swing.

13-7 last 20 games. We've got a tough next 2 weeks with TOR at home then @NYY, @CWS and @KC. Going .500 in those games could set us up to make a move up.

McCann's last 6 hits have all come from LHP.

No surprise there. We've faced 5 lefties starters in that 8 game stretch and Salty caught 2 of the 3 games that we faced RH starters. So he only started vs 1 RH starter.
