For giving.

What charity (or charities) should benefit...?

Children's hospital is always a good one. Alzheimer would be another..

Wounded Warriors, Vietnam Vets and Paralyzed Vets are my favorites. For consideration.

Research before you donate. Not sure why a chain email came out attacking a group of charities over another.

Important points. Here's the Forbes list that article cites:

http://www.forbes.com/top-charities/

It's ordered by size by default, but you can organize by charitable commitment (the best metric, I think). The other site named is

http://www.charitynavigator.org

there are a lot more charities covered there and more data. Forbes points out that you can't make apples-to-apples comparisons between different types of organizations. I think a good example would be the Red Cross. I would think there would be grey area when it comes to who counts as overhead administration and who counts towards the expenses required of the charitable purpose just because of the nature of the work. Blood collection requires different types of administration compared to other charities.

Big Charities like United Way have had numerous scandals involving embezzlement and fraud -- and texting to donate thru Red Cross sends maybe .20 on the dollar ...

I think Mott's is a good one -

see if the university of michigan has a scholarship fund for underprivileged minorities.

piss that racist asshole tsmith off even more.

Maybe you should pay off your bets first... It seems like since you hate any country with a debt you would hate having a debt of your own?

Here I will try and get it back on track. My friend that works at a children's hospital said Ronald McDonald does a lot of great things for the families. He also isn't very fond of Make A Wish.

I give to the salvation army and to local food pantries..It seems like all the groups mentioned are good to me.

Your input does not count and won't be considered and with your proven track record of lying, it's doubtful anything you posted here is at all true.

I think it will be Mott's Hospital ...

And then, in honor of the liar, additional charitable contributions made in his name to the:

NAACP
ACLU
Southern Poverty Law Center
TGBL group in Clarkston, MI
