Thanks Ty, Always good reads on our Tigers from the Examiner.
Dad always said that Tommy Bridges had a great curve and his fastball was among the best in the AL.

My great grandma was a huge Tiger fan (she died 1945-long before I was around), but my grandma would talk about her mother's love of the Tigers and Hank Greenberg.
