Top 8 teams make the final eight. The tiebreaker for the teams tied at 3-1 was point differential. Funny after crushing the Grizzlies in the last game of the first round they dropped the grizzlies to the 8th seed and have to play them again. Semifinals are Sunday at 6 to 8 pm. Finals are Monday at 9 pm. Pistons miss out on the top seed by .2.

Quarterfinal scores

After getting smoked by Boston on Thursday Memphis bounces back and after trailing by 10+ early lead the whole second half and mostly by 8-10 points but almost gagged the game away. They hung on and advance. Number 1 seed is eliminated.
Edwards has 25 points.

Doumbouya and a lineup that looked lost. Wow he looked totally not ready for
The nba physical play) In the 2nd piston lead 37-34 and then played like crap. Offense just not as crisp Without Brown playing. 3-5 layups missed. Mykhailiuk looks great then keeps Passing up layups to try a tough pass to his big.Pistons first round pick looks notNBA ready in his limited few minutes. Probably not wining this game without Brown playing.

Allen is killing us. I may be ready to move on from Thomas. He has to play better then this . Trail 73-60 end of three. Just not paying good. Doumbouya hit his first three. Shot looks nice. Needs to work on his defensive footwork. Nets just playing harder, and without Brown the offense looks way out of sync, and Nets are hitting their 3?s and the Pistons are not. Not having Brown Guard the other team?s guard may have hurt them more then his missing his offense. The defense has not been the same as the first 4 games either. Oh well it?s been fun watching the summer league. Wish the kid Doumbouya had not been hurt as he needs a lot more playing time.

The kid we moved up to pick at (30 whatever)I would rather have Edwards. He is never going to make the Nba in my opinion. Wasted pick. They never even played him this summer so why pick him ?
