12 degrees.. Wind chill below zero... They expect 2 inches although they are already saying on the broadcast the Big House is the place yet for the winter classic..

Just took down the Xmas lights, now time to watch hockey.
I bet it's a great atmosphere there. I went to the Winter Classic in Pittsburgh (it was mid 50s and raining) and would much rather cold and snowy.
I made the mistake of getting cheaper tickets and couldn't see a thing. If you go to one of these outdoor games, pay the premium for good seats. My seats are on the blue line for the Pens/Blackhawks outdoor game on March 1st.

Love the Wings uniforms..
Love that both teams are wearing home colors. I wish the NHL did this more often. No reason in a game between the Pens and Red Wings, or any two teams with different enough colors that the two teams can't wear their home jerseys.

Wings are avenging 2.6 goals a game good for 17th.
Giving up 2.7 which is in 16th spot.
