I will admit though that I didn't even think they'd acknowledge a Pac-Man victory...not that it did much in doing so since everything stays the same. This, to me, is the WBO's public display of "if something was quirky in that fight, if there was a fix, the WBO had no knowledge or involvement."

Cross-hairs back on Arum, not like he gives a shit since he'll make boatloads off the rematch....he's the white Don King minus the badass hairdo.
