Blah blah blah.....alot of leaders that are riding the pine. Im a results guy.....the last 2 drafts have done nothing but give cops better job security.

Leaders are leaders, just ask Tebow.

I'm glad that our most recent draft picks aren't all starting on what is supposed to be a playoff team. That's a good thing, I like the young guys we got at LB for instance but I'm glad that as well as they've played they still had to earn a spot on the roster period because of our starters.
