I'd wait until some of those contracts expire before thinking somebody is sticking around. Without knowing anything about these coaching contracts, perhaps it makes financial sense to keep them around for a few weeks until their contracts officially expire.

As completely unbelievable as that is.....I get it.

He will most certainly be gone when the new coach is hired. I cannot stand any more of the "bend but don't break" defensive philosophy.

I guarantee if we get an aggressive minded coach who blitzes.....we are in the top 5 in sacks next year and top 10 in overall defense. Too much talent not to be.

We'd have to get some different linebackers and DBs if that's going to happen. Because our current personnel sucks at blitzing. Tulloch is too small to blitz, gets picked up too easily. But I mostly agree that it'd be nice to blitz at least a little more.

If washburn stays then the wide 9 probably wont be gone...that's his baby. But obviously that depends on the HC/DC that we bring in. Washburn actually wouldn't be a bad candidate for DC if the HC we bring in doesn't have a staff.
