They will continue to look for right-handed defensemen. They asked about Oilers Jeff Petry in the summer, but the Oilers asked for Darren Helm in return. The Wings may revisit Petry closer to the deadline. Mike Green is another possibility.Khan thinks the asking price for Tyler Myers is too much and doesn?t see the Wings giving up the assets: Dylan Larkin, a young roster player and a first round draft pick. Jonathan Ericsson won?t be traded, and it?s unlikely that they?d move Kyle Quincey.
