According to the U.S. Department of Labor, 4,420 Wisconsinites filed initial unemployment claims in the final week of November. The next two highest states combined ? Ohio with 2,597 and Kentucky with 1,538 ? couldn?t match Wisconsin?s total.
Huh. I thought cutting taxes, forcing public employees to take a paycut and laying them off was supposed to ADD jobs. It's almost as if letting a couple of self-serving billionaires put a college drop-out & career political hack in the governor's office of your state is bad for business.

This part is funny:
Why? Walker would like people to believe that it has something to do with deer hunting season.
I think it's common to get your employer to lay you off and file for unemployment insurance when deer season starts, no?

Can't say that was me. You sure? I have my list that's viable. Vietnam Vet. Paralyzed Vets. It's a short one.

And the DOL has WI Unemployment @ 6.3% as of Nov, 2013. It was 7.0 in Jan, 2013. The numbers you question are good. Here's another source:

bite me

Unemployment at 6.3..20th out of 50. Down from 9% in 2009. 100,000 fewer unemployed since then.....and your point is?
