Woodson's Punch

Highly disappointed by that. He should have been ejected and fined.

The play was over with and he was still being pushed and held. Still shouldn't have but o well. Packers would fall apart without him and tramon so I'm glad he wasn't suspended a game

Big deal. It's football, shit happens.

Agreed, not a huge deal, just a disappointing slip up.

edit: Not a huge deal, contingent on whatever, if any, details come out later. People lose it briefly sometimes. Especially when they're antagonized...but we've also been on the other side of cheap shots after the whistle. The devil is in the details.

Pretty bush league move, definitely not something you like to see. Then again, it's not like he organized a dog fighting ring or shot someone / himself. Go NFL!

I haven't seen it, don't know the details other than that he was fined 10k for it.

Obviously you like guys to keep their cool, but as has already been said, shit happens on the football field. Rather see it happen between the lines than him getting popped for possession, DUI or some other crap so many athletes are doing these days. You won't even remember this next week.

You can see it via the link in the OP. But yeah, I get that its football and things happen after the whistle, I just don't like the idea of cheap shots by Michigan players. I'm glad it kind of just blew over without much incident, but I expect more out of our guys.

The other guy was being a D bag.

If only that logic could be applied to real life, campus would be much more fun. haha

I didn't have a "problem" with it. Should have been kicked out, should have been fined but at the end of the day I know it was a reaction. It wasn't like he walked up to someone and blind sided them. I know I'm Michigan biased but I think no matter who it was I would feel this way. I wasn't anti Richard Seymore when he uppercut that qb with an open hand a year or 2 ago. Lot of emotions flowing out there and in a sport where you hit for a living I can see guys throwing one now and again. Hell it even happens in practice with teammates.

EDIT: Let the record show I was very pleased to see Andre johnson beat the ugly off of Finnigan last season so maybe my opinion is voided for that. lol

Charles is getting up there in age. He's just old and cranky, leave him alone after the play is done lol

Maybe his depends were full? I know my son is pissed when he's sitting in his own shit. I can only imagine trying to play football in it.

"How do you know so much about Oops I Crapped My Pants?"

I finally took the time to let this buffer on this shitty 3G internet. All I've got to say is...what the hell is everyone so upset about? He threw a worse hook at Boston while he was still at Michigan.

If the guy that got "hit" doesn't even flinch, there's nothing to be upset about.
