Worst 4th of July ever?

It's on a Wednesday.

Have to work tomorrow.

It has rained all day.

Yep, being on wednesday kind of sucks

we were just talking about it at work today. How long until they make it "recognized on the first saturday of July" every year? Seems like it would be a win-win for everyone.

the rain ended up stopping completely at 5-ish, we got a bit of sun, and went to see the fireworks at the local minor league park.

plus all the rain kept the temperatures tolerable, and dried the air out, so instead of being 88 and humid for the fireworks, it was 75 and nice.

Instead of being the worst 4th of July ever, it ended up being "kinda sort of lame."
