Terrible refereeing will be the the reason I give up on the NFL. Bad calls in games not including the Lions bother me just as much as when they're against the Lions. The favoritism of certain teams, makes me gag. Terribly corrupt game, imo

What about the refs getting together, calling Stafford down, than getting back together and deciding it was a TD.

One ref called him down. Another called a TD. It wasn't even close....it was a clear score. Keep trying.

It's just incompetence. And the "anointed" teams seem to get calls in their favor. Refs may just do it subconsciously not on purpose.

The Cowboys had holding, defensive holding and DPI just as bad as Detroit. in that game This was ignored. Lions had one costly DPI (which was no worse than anything Cowboys did), Bryan raped Bademosi face mask on their 3rd TD (after a phantom defensive hold gave them another crack at it).

It's hard enough to win on the road. But when all holds and DPIs go against you or are ignored when other team does it, it can cost you in games against good opponents.

I'm just not saying mistakes by refs going in the Lions favor. If so, please give me several specific examples instead of just blindly saying they do. I'm not seeing the same treatment for the Lions DBs and OLine compared to other team in some games.

2 DPIs and a hold can cost you a game.

We shall see how bad the NFL protection league is Sunday night. We shall see...
 
IMO the NFL will try to help the Lions win this one if and when they can, not sure if it will be enough still though, just too many injuries.

Stafford hand injury. That trumps any injury for any other team

Abdullah (14+) and Riddick (5+). Trumps any RB injury for any other team.

Slay and Diggs. Depletes the secondary

Levy and Ansah playing hurt and missing time (much for Levy). That trumps any defensive injury for any other team.

Throw in some games from Swanson, Ebron, Marvin Jones , Reiff, Warford, Bynes,Tavon Wilson, Whitehead, Ngata missed.

Lions were most injured North team with the most important players injured.

hogwash, I think the packers are a lot healthier than the Lions are right now. From 9-4 to not even making the playoffs in large part due to injuries IMO. And I don't typically make excuses for this team, but even I can see the injuries have just been too much to overcome this year for them.

This team will win next week. Or Skins will lose. Lions are playoff bound and then get healthy and hot even as 6th, 4th or 3rd seed

We have been the healthiest team in the division. We clearly dont have the depth....it was a glaring problem this off season and was to be expected unless your LKP and expect everyone to stay healthy 100% of the time. Your using Abdullah and Riddick as excuses? Riddick has been here all year and has 300 yards rushing. Led us to the worst run game in the league. Yes hes a threat catching the ball...what the fuck does that matter? You think thats going to make up 21 points yesterday?

Stafford has turned to shit in the red zone...that is this teams problem right now. That and our defense blows.....theyve sucked all year but somehow masked it. You cant continue to have guys running wide open with no pressure from your front 4, give up that kind of completion % to opposing qbs....and be a top 10 defense. You simply cant....it doesnt make sense. If anything in this world is lucky.....its our defense not giving up points. They flat our suck at every level....pass rush, LB play, secondary.....all suck.
