2017 NFC Playoff Thread

The fluke less than 1% scenario is happening

Sadly yesterday wasn't a fluke. Out coached, out played by a 5-9 team. It was a disgusting loss. The team was not ready play, That has happened to much under Jim and his staff. No fluke at all. The Bengals pounded the lions on the ground , and made adjustment at half and started to get the ball to Green more. Lions a classic failure verses a inferior opponent at the worst time under Jimmy . Hopefully he will be fired !

Lions 6th seed if not for bogus run off call. Consider it a playoff year

2 yards from lions at 11-5. I was right basically

Stafford monster year, two 1,000 yard WRs, 32 turnovers forced

Oline and Dline injuries were huge

The run off call was not bogus. Just the rule. But some say they had more than 10 seconds before run off..

Nonetheless, AR being injured much greater than anything that happened to us.

Not when the division title was as vulnerable as it was b/c of injuries to not one, not two, but three freaking starting QBs. The Lions have no one but themselves to blame for not taking full advantage, having had a coaching staff that plays not to lose, epic-failed in game-planning/pregame prep/halftime adjustments, and last, but not least, yet again no reliable run game to speak of, but still pretending like they did. They wouldn't have come up short on that play like they had, b/c they could/would/should have run it in for a score sooner.

9-7...you were basically wrong

I was much closer

I'll play along

Stafford has a good year, similar to last year.

4300 yards, 28 TD, 14 INT and a QB rating around 95

Abdullah doesn't play a full season. 13 games and around 650-700 yards.

Tate has a big year, 95 catches for 1100 yards

Offense a little better than last year, but not much. 22-24 points per game.

Defense will be in the middle of the pack as far as yards and scoring. 20-22 points a game.

AZ - W
@NYG L

@ MN - L
vs Car - W
@ N.O. - L (50-50 game)

How about our dumb coordinator throwing the ball in the end zone and not short ?
