    Quinn in as GM

No, but he's almost 70. He might not have enough time left on the planet to do it is what I think hughes's point was.

    Quinn in as GM

I, too, am not in the Coughlin corner. I don't understand the love for him. He's been uninspiring to me the last few seasons. I don't see what he'd bring to the franchise at this point.

    Quinn in as GM

Oh man...I think jdeb is the new hughes and hughes is drifting ever so slightly to the center. I'm indifferent at this point. The ol' wait and see approach. I'm probably one of the few that wants Caldwell to get one more year, but my reasoning is more based on his staff than him. His...

    Detroit Lions - Team Notes

Gotta read the fine print Mitch...the intro says the best picks since the Super Bowl Era so they're only looking at drafts from 1966 until present. Schmidt, Karras, and Tittle all drafted before that time.

    Stupid Lions supposedly want Gase

And for Teryl Austin lovers, like me, Harbaugh had him on staff before could keep him around barring any better offers Austin might have thrown his way.

    Food for thought...

As a former vegan (who still eats primarily vegan) Monster's answer is correct. Like the milk of a cow is intended for a calf, the breast milk of a human is produced for consumption of developing humans.

I actually think this is the definition of being lionized.

I don't think they win Thursday. But if they do, they run the table. And in honor of hoopster - Book it!

Eh, I thought mentioning "Lions" and "shoo-in for the playoffs" together was a joke everybody would get, but I guess not. To your point though and and agreeing with Bob's that follows, Hotlanta's schedule down the stretch is brutal! Oh and happy belated 50th Mitch!

It doesn't matter which of those games you flip ink, Raiders, Dallas, or Minnesota. It's about both of us finishing 9-7. We'd have the tiebreaker having swept the series. We need to win out and the Pack needs to lose to us, Arizona, and one of the other remaining games. Then, we're a shoo-in!

Man...fucking with KC's never a good idea. Get ya tarred and feathered in these here parts. And rightfully so I might add. If we beat Green Bay on Thursday, I can see us winning the rest. Of course, I think I said this was a potential twelve win team at the beginning of the season, so, well...

Congrats KC! Always good when you end up in the black!

    Narduzzi

It didn't help but the frosh backing him up is impressive. We've got to wait a bit, but the Brawl returns in '22!

Mike Valenti's Rant about the Lions

Ditto. I figured it was increased traffic from Goodell and his goons to laugh at our misfortune causing the site to have issues.

Game 4: Lions @ Seahawks *Monday Night* Thread

At least I like Tim Wright...

    Narduzzi

The offense was supposed to be the strength of the Panthers with the d being the question mark. The 3-1 record is not shocking to me, but the manner in which it's been done is. I'd prefer he stay put and make Pitt a prominent program once again

Wasn't there a similar fumble earlier...

I'll go back to my previous post stating kicks and fumbles are two different things, but for fun I'll play along. So if a kick bounces off of a "defender" and goes out of bounds it should go to kicking team and not the "defending" team?

Wasn't there a similar fumble earlier...

Sure are, not sure what that has to do with the possessing team keeping it in one instance and losing it in another.

Lions need to follow Miami's lead

And I thought this was going to be a thread about needing to pay a DT a boatload of money and then throwing him in a scheme that doesn't suit his skill set.
