That reminds me...has either candidate talked about the two unpaid wars yet? or are they just ignoring it and talking about how much of a "threat" Iran is?

no. any criticism of the military, or Wall Street is pretty much off the table before elections if you want to have a shot at winning.
Nobody signed the withdrawal agreement. Our occupation rights were due to expire in 2008; both Bush AND Obama had been negotiating to extend them and neither succeeded. The "withdrawal" was then spun as such in the American media.
guessing the Iraqis were like: "Yes, thanks, you've done enough. No, really, we appreciate it. Please just leave now. No, we know you never really followed through on building all those power plants you destroyed or repairing the sewage systems you blew up, or the schools you bombed, but it's okay. Thanks. We'll take care of it. We'll be fine, really. Okay now. Don't call us, we'll call you... haha, that was joke, Mr. American Man, Sir. okay, very good. Bye Bye now..."

The swing at five thirty eight is remarkable. Romney has gone from a 12.9% chance of winning just before the debate to a 32.1% chance now.
FYI: Nate Silver, the guy that runs that blog, credits his interest in stats to liking math as a kid and being just the right age the last time the Tigers won the World Series.
from your article:
In an interview January 24, 2008, US Defense Secretary Robert Gates indicated that work on a SOFA had barely been started. [18] On June 13, 2008, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said that negotiations with the United States on a long-term security pact were deadlocked because of concern the deal infringes Iraqi sovereignty.we didn't ink the long term deal we wanted, so we left. okay, but let's argue semantics instead...
and I forgot that when they inked the face saving withdrawal was when that Iraqi guy threw his shoes at Bush. "This is a farewell kiss from the Iraqi people, you dog!!"
just an observation...
RCP average for the most current polling( 7 polling organizations) completely after the 1st debate shows Obama with just 45.85% of the vote....not a good sign
