Just got back from the gym to see that Michigan got out to a 2 nothing lead.

I?m seeing a number of Michigan fans in the stands.

you coulda been there too, if you followed my advice

Probably not with them.

They were all bunched up together, which makes me think that they are family of the players.

The Michigan team got an allotment of tickets; about six of them are from California and two or three more are from the western US.

I?m guessing the fans I saw where family players.

looks like there are still plenty of seats...

are you anywhere near UCLA? I have no concept of where it is in LA

Ninth inning leadoff walk, ball four is a breaking ball in the dirt.

Bad hop cost a easy 463 double play. Unfucking believeable.

Fucking unreal.

So sad because he deserved this complete game. One fucking bad hop. So frustrating.

Win is all that matter. So what happens now, 2 of 3 or same format as last round?

They just said 80%-actually 79%-of the first game winners in superregionals go onto the World Series.

Yeah did you see the second hit ? Easy dp or at least that one out on that bad hop.

It wasn?t a bad hop at all.

Kaufman got his glove on it and didn?t field it cleanly, changing the direction of the grounder.

If Kaufman either field it cleanly, or doesn?t try to field it at all, it?s probably a double play.

But it wasn?t a bad hop-it was bad fielding.

Besides that, that doesn?t change the fact that he shouldn?t have walked the leadoff hitter.

Anyway, our guys fortunately avoided another meltdown disaster, and go forward with the chance to go to the World Series winning either the next game or the following game.

Haha, and Golden State is on teh verge of being eliminated.

But the Tigers lost, keeping this from being a really good sports night
