Blackhawks 5 Red Wings 2 Final

I'm seeing the Griffins on Friday. How many of them should supplant certain Red Wings on the team?

For some weird reason I still hate the Ducks, Sharks, and Penguins, more so than our Atlantic division competitors.

Tampa Bay has won 9 in a row; Florida has lost two in a row. Tampa Bay has taken 1st place in the division. Tampa Bay seems to be coming on strong at the end of the season.

The more I watch sports, I find that the team that ends the year strong and starts off the playoffs strong, is a team that performs well overall in the playoffs. Early-season performance rarely tells you who will win the championship. Or, on the other hand, the NBA team with the tallest, most highly paid, and most dominating squad of basketball players wins the championship.

Last year, Tampa came on strong in the playoffs -- they shut down the Wings, Montreal, and then the Rangers. Then Tampa played reasonably well in the Stanley Cup and lost to Chicago.

The Wings now look extremely close to Pittsburgh in points
