I will add though that the rule will likely state you have to wipe your ass while still in bounds if you are from the Detroit Metro area, and any shit hitting the ground will result in an incompletion because you didn't maintain possession throughout the entire process of the catch.

This definitely needs to be clarified. If any shit hits the ground in bounds would that be considered a fumble? And if so, who is going to jump on it to make the recovery, or scoop it up and run with it for a TD? Would players need to start carrying pooper scoopers just in case? These are pressing questions that have got to be addressed.
