Well according to a Lincoln newspaper reporter, the 2002 NU @ PSU game was the "most hostile" environment the fans had experienced. From accounts in State College today, some media who are there to cover the scandal are being heckled and told to "Go home!" and NU fans, based on the riots last night, are simply concerned for safety if they become targets for PSU fans ventingtheir frustration.

It's not logical, but who would have ever thought the last few days would have played out the way they did?
