Bush outpolls Obama, crosses the 50% mark for the 1st time since 2005

I'd be interested see too more data from these polls. Such as how many of the people who voted unfavorably for Obama actually believe he; A) Is a Muslim, B) Supports Terrorists, C) Wants to take yer guns!, D) is Illuminati and wants a nation of Homo's and Baby Killers, or E) all of the above.

Onana's poll numbers will go up after he's been out of office and there's been a different Fuck Up in Chief for a while.

this is awesome. FOUR MORE YEARS!

too bad this hasn't translated to much love for Jeb - who has essentially proposed to deliver a third term for George W.'s foreign policy team - in the news or in the polls. Maybe the love for George W. is more like "harmless nostalgia" than it is any sort of validation of his tenure.

I have to admit... the political humor was a lot better during the Bush years.

F. That he's just a bad President.

Obama may have his flaws but Cheney and his group were the worst of all time.. GWB was easily manipulated by the Neo-Cons and the results were disastrous for this country.

I just find it funny that in the poll more people favored the Democrats yet Obama is the least favored on that list and yet it had to because of guns, terrorists and all sorts of stuff.

Obviously this is not directed at you. Get down to brass taxes, as POTUS..they both fell way short.

I always feel that with 4500+ dead and over 100,000+ civilians dead under the Bush group trumps anything that Obama did. It is also pretty hard to understand the Obama hate since he had to inherent Bush and Cheney's mess which crippled this nation. That fact alone should be enough.. It's not like Bush Killed Bin laden. Obama did.

The war was given to the nation in bad faith and we were lied too by Cheney and Bush. It baffles me that it escapes ANYBODY that is alive right now.. Iraq did not have WMD.

Also what is wrong trying to make sure everyone has health care. The plan was gutted by the republicans and it has still help a lot of people weather good or bad. We will never know how good a health care plan is that is for everyone until we try it. I just do not see any viable plan from the republicans ever.. It really is a shame since Obama was elected that McConnell and The tan man never wanted to work with Obama.. No one can say that the Republican did not obstruct because it was really obvious that they did.. Frustrating to watch..

It is less about the idea of helping all Americans and more the flat out lie that it would cost far less than everyone knew it woukd. You Obama guys never grasp the amount of money Obama spent throughout his time in office. You act like he is a great resurector of the economy. The ticking clock had more to do with the recovery, and even the degree of recovery is exaggerated like everything else.

No, I am not trying to defend Bush's lack of financial control in comparison. Bush royally fucked that up too. And there in lies the problem, the constant bickering and finger pointing between the parties while both continue to act without any real concern about the average citizen.

Is it too much to ask for a fiscally responsible President? At least Clinton was moving things in the right direction by trying to get a balanced budget. (see, here I am giving props to a Dem, but I just knkw I'm going to be called out as a Rep supporter).

I have never freaking said that Obama has been great but again the right just shrugs off what he had to start with with from the party in charge before him. They also shrug off the fact the the republicans never tried to work with him at all.. McConnell made it a point to say right after he was elected "We have to work to get Obama out of there" record filibuster's which is a darn fact is shrugged off.

You say Clinton was moving things in the right direction but just brush the fact that Obama's administration had to clean up a big fucking mess from Bush..

There is nothing wrong in trying to get health care for everyone. I am all ears for some great plan from the republicans .. I am sure they will get your chance yet again in 2016 for all the hate that is out there.. i am as frustrating as everyone with all the bickering from both sides.. I am all for compromise and contrary to what any on here thinks I am more of a moderate the a liberal. Do away with both parties would be fine by me..Do away with the way elections are bout and paid for and make the money the same on both sides..

On those points about the shit he was ,eft with by Bush, 100% agree.

Also agree that the Reps stonewalled and filibustered Obama beyond a reasonable level. But as for ObamaCare, what was passed ended up costing more than originally promised, how much more would it have cost if the entire thing went through?

Every Pres has good and bad, makes promises they shouldn't. Obama saying his plan woukd cost less than what insurance already charges was never to be believed by any rational thinking person.

Never said I was voting Rep. I am conpletely open-minded still as to whom I woukd prefer. Considering Hillary woukd potentially bring about a return to responsible financial government based on Bill's balanced budget attempts, I could see voting for her. More than anything else in thus election, fiscal responsibility and balancing the budget are my priorities. Just don't think I'm going to believe a candidate because they claim that, because we all know hiw they all lie, so I need to hear more than just those words.

Universal health care is a very socialistic concept. Is it possibke to implement a socialist concept without taxing the average person into the poor house? Maybe if it cones with a slashing of the bloated government. Eliminate the bloated overstaffing of the government due to both Reps and Dems constant expansion of the government....then sure, the current tax rate can support the universal healthcare concept. Would both parties be willing to remove their previously approved expansions? Doubtful...but I guess I can dream of the possibility regardless of the probability.

I haven't voted in my lifetime because I haven't been impressed with any candidate since ive been voting age. That said the lineup of retards the republicans trotted out last voting season was a sick joke. The American people had the choice of a guy with an elevator for his car that made his money by putting people out of work, a guy that wanted to colonize the moon, some weird bitch that has had too much plastic surgery that has a gay husband that had more plastic surgery than she did, a guy afraid of his wifes vagina but couldn't stop talking about his wifes vagina, and a pizza delivery guy.

Democrat....republican...I don't give a fuck....but don't trot out a bunch of fuck ups like that list lmao.

My healthcare is less and im making more money than I was 8 years ago. Thanks Obama. I bought a house for 150k cause all the banks fucked up their business so bad. Im selling it this week for 270k. Thanks Obama. Im not unemployed and my wife can stay at home and raise our kid. Thanks Obama.

Ended wars
stimulus worked
credited for saving the auto industry
killed Osama
wallstreet reform
healthcare reform
Gaddafi toast - no American lives lost
new GI bills

compared to the list against him
hes a muslim from kenya- so what?
Syrians are dying - so what?
He didn't risk ameerican lives in Benghazi - so what?

I still vote, but I just don't care anymore. There's no point arguing about it. I find it hilarious that there are people who think they're correct when it comes to a single political issue. I also find it funny that people are so quick to heap blame on a single politician. The bickering is tiresome.

The system is antiquated. It's amazing to me that people continue to put up with the same shit from both parties, over and over again, expecting different results. American politics and their voters are insane.

Yeah I agree with a lot of what everyone has just posted i just wish there would be a darn candidate that everyone could get behind..That all parties would work with. It really has gotten to the point where it all is so frustrating to watch..

Grover Cleveland. That's who we need..

Grover Cleveland liked to appoint people from U of M to various positions.

I don't think the parties are really all that far away from eachother in practice, which is part of the problem.

See for example
what Obama has actually done: link, link, link, link, which is much different than what you may read to the contrary (link, link, link, etc.).

We don't need a candidate that everyone could get behind... we need a true progressive who will effectively move their agenda forward, despite the overwhelming opposition of Republicans, and most career Democrats. But that's not going to happen until either the U.S. population's collective IQ jumps more than 10 points, or enough of the "bottom feeders" move elsewhere or otherwise stop voting.

Good cop/bad cop. You better let the Democrats deliver everything Wall Street asks for or we'll leave you to the Republicans.
