I'm not going to attend either; that said I'm not boycotting it; I simply have never been elected to the House of Representatives, and not being a member, I really see no reason for me to attend.

Plus security probably wouldn't let me in. I can just imagine it now.

Just like the Pope's contribution to the carbon dioxide percentage in to the atmosphere won't do much to change the direction of climate change.

All popes are bleeding heart liberals, just like Hell is hot. Neither has ever been disputed.

You can be Kenyan or whatever else you want to be to be pope. You don't have to be a U.S. citizen; in fact, not that many popes have been U.S. citizens.

I'm pretty sure Pope Francis is the first American pontiff.

that already happened in my family. My uncle was going on about how wrong it was for the Pope to criticise wealth.

I laughed because he was originally an old money WASP who converted to Catholicism to marry my aunt. He was okay with this for a long time because Catholicism has been more conservative than his Episcopalianism (no openly gay priests or lady reverends!) over the last couple decades.

But critising the pursuit of wealth? This pope is now out-of-line. Time to rethink this whole Catholicism thing...

He will, but what a lot of people don't know is that the Pope also speaks Redneck. He can speak both the Hillbilly/Appalachia and Southern/NASCAR Fan dialects... with an actual twang.

The Donald and his supporters will be so impressed when they hear him praise "MERKAH," "JAYSUS," and... "Jeff Gordon" they'll forget all about the Spanish speaking.

I'm watching CNN as I get ready to head out on business, and I just saw Emilio Estefan talking about Donald Trump. He was speaking English and it's the first time I've ever heard him speak English in an interview. Before I Had only seen him speak Spanish with a translator.

I guess he figures that if the pope is going to speak English he should be speaking English too.
